Therefore, the quality of the product starts from the treatment of the soil, the optimization of the water resource, that is because the project offers an alternative to the farmers of the province of Cotopaxi to plan the use of water since it supplies the exact amount and required by the vegetables and additional ensures the quality of manufacturing through the use of organic fertilizers that significantly reduce the health problems of consumers, produced by pathogens in the crop. Consequently, the exploratory and diagnostic research is applied by the search and documentary and field investigation that as researchers was applied when diagnosing the problem and propose an entrepreneurship that will solve it through the planning, projection and evaluation of feasibility; so that, with the market study carried out in the province of Cotopaxi using a sample of 207 farmers, who allowed to determine the possibilities of success of the enterprise. Likewise, it includes itineraries such as the budget, production cost, financial statements presenting the economic viability of the project and solving future problems of a monetary nature, sequentially an investigation of cash flows and the risks included in order to determine the performance of the investment and the sensitivity of the project. Finally, the business plan is feasible due to the organizational structure and financing conditions presented in the last pre-operational phase, where the possibilities of success of the investment period were measured; using the above information as a basis, the decision is made to proceed with the implementation of the hydroponic irrigation system for farmers. |
