Aplicación de las normas internacionales de información financiera en la florícola sanbel flowers ubicada en el sector Laigua de Maldonado en la parroquia Alaquez del cantón Latacunga de la provincia de Cotopaxi al período del 01 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2011

This research was developed in Sanbel Flowers Flower-Growing Cia. Ltda., dedicated to the production and comercialization of different variety of flowers at national and international level in order to review, to analyze and to evaluate implemented actions in the period of transition to International Financial Reporting Standards in 2011, flower-growing sector was considered as third group of companies that should adopt this legislation according to the schedule issued by the Superintendent of Companies. The need to study and to determine the strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses appeared during this investigation in order to analyze the steps of the rules application, both existed a significant change in policy development and submission of financial information. This allowed to know changes which affect accounting poticies due transition of International Financial Reporting Standards; in addition it envolves the efficient participation of staff who work in administrative and field area with incentives which are given to the best workers every month, and changes in accounting systems for better performance in order to be able to relate to others countries around the world.
