Shrnutí:The management models are the most relevant aspects in the organizational part of every social structure, it allows to fulfill the services focused on the development of unemployed, It´s the ordered sequence in which the activities must be carried out, making efficient use of the resources allocated to facilitate the processes that allow reaching the established objectives. Consequently, the theme for the research is born of the need for a “Design of a management model for a technical labor employment information center in El Salto square of Latacunga.” When analyzing this problem, it´s necessary to mention that unemployment affects the national level, being a permanent problem that incite to crime. Applying various methodologies, techniques and research instruments such as observation, It´s determined that every day workers come to the El Salto square looking for job. Interviews were applied to the unemployed showing that there are more men than women, builder service is high, and there are people of all ages, also, full support for the management model, surveys were applied to public and private entities where they said they are willing to hire staff that is registered with the Information Center. The management models for a labor information center focused on technical labor, It´s governed by procedures and methods that will help to fulfill the objectives of the information center, eliminating all types of failures in the activities optimizing resources, in order to promote employability and facilitate employment. In the design of the management model, planning, organization and control will be used as the three main stages for the correct functioning, doing activities such as data collection through record cards, the organization and classification in a database and the linking of information to public and private institutions that would be possible contractors, this is intended to expedite any type of process for the recruitment of personnel, which is based on meeting the needs and meet the expectations of the unemployed in Latacunga to improve the quality of life contributing to social development.
