In order to analyze the validity and reliability of the instruments, was applied the Cronbach's alpha estimation, in addition, the results of satisfaction and work performance by branch were compared through a contrast of mean difference, an estimate by ordinary least squares to identify the possible relationship between satisfaction and performance, finally, a factor analysis was carried out to try to summarize all the approaches in dimensions. As a result, it was obtained in general terms that job satisfaction in the company is very good, while in relation to work performance and performance self-evaluation it was possible to show that the result is good to very good, thus coinciding with the two evaluations performed respectively.
