| 要約: | This research of the hematological study developed on the species (Bubalus bubalis) from the coastal region in the province of Esmeraldas had the purpose of evaluating the parameters of the buffalo as an animal in zootechnical development, in order to improve the sanitary profiles of the species involved through a sampling of animals, taken from the Hacienda palmicola Ales Palma S.A whose specific objectives were the determination of the biochemical and comparative biometric profiles of the animals, which allowed obtaining results of interest for the producers involved in the bobaliniculture, in the task of improving the quality of life of the species in the study, taking into account the reference tables presented by the researcher which will serve as the base for future studies on the topic. In which the biometric parameters were observed; Hematocrit 33.93±1.1, Hemoglobin 11.56±0.36, Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration 34.21±0.3, Leukocytes 6.16±0.61, Granulocytes 1.66±0.21, Percentage of Granulocytes 27.86±2.65, Leukocytes /Monocytes 72.04± 2.65, Platelets 170.39±26.08. In the biochemical analysis, we obtained the following parameters; Glucose 38,64±0,97, Creatinine 1,19±0,07, Blood Ureic Nitrogen 14,43±0,8, Blood Ureic Nitrogen / Creatinine 12,36±0,64, Prothrombin Time 7, 98±0.23, Albumin 3.27±0.08, Globulins 4.65±0.19, Albumin/Globulin 0.7±0.03, Alanine Aminotransferase 92.43±5.64, Alkaline Phosphatase 142.29±19.71. From which it was used, the T of variable, T student for the variable ADEVA, and INFOSTAT for statistical analysis. It was highlighted that, in comparison, they present different geographical variations with alterations in their climate, height, and temperature. |
