| Περίληψη: | Hematopoiesis is the production of the cellular components of blood; this process originates continuously to maintain a normal immune system function and homeostasis. Therefore, production of mature blood cells occurs specifically in the microenvironment of the bone marrow; thus, mechanisms inducing human increased circulating levels of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) due to the variation in the microenvironment of the bone marrow. That is why, it has raised the following research study whose objective was to obtain peripheral blood HSCs in sheep, identifying and analyzing the morphology of CMH mobilized; and to determine the changes in whole blood pre and post implementation of Filgrastim® (r-Met-Hu-G-CSF).; for this, it was conducted applying three different doses of 1 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg of filgrastim® compared with a control group (control).
