Factores que Inciden en la Colocación de Créditos en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo, Agencia Pujilí periodo 2018-2021.

This project had the objective of determining the factors that affect the placement of credits of the Pujilí agency of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo Ltda. during the years 2018-2021, for which, the theoretical concepts and approaches were established regarding variables. The factors that intervene in the granting of credits of the entity were identified and strategies that contribute to increase the placement of credits were designed. The quantitative approach associated with deductive logic was used, it was an economic model of multiple regression through an ordinary least squares model, based on the analysis of the agency's database on the placement of 596 credits until the cut of the first semester of the year 2021. It has been determined that the variables that are most related are: age, gender and type of guarantee. A credit placement model was proposed that includes the following strategies: segmentation to get to know the members better, loyalty and prevention of member disengagement, cross-selling and attracting new members.
