Manual para el manejo de la correspondencia de tv color canal 36 del cantón Latacunga, provincia de Cotopaxi.

TV Color “Channel 36” of Cotopaxi province located in Latacunga city started its activation in 2002. Its mission is to contribute with the community therefore it is a media with an informative, educative and entertainment goal. This channel offers viewers a new alternative with a variety of programs. The present research has been developed with the goal to create a manual to manage institutional mails through which the institution may organize all documents in a better form because all of its information becomes an essential part of the institutional life and administrative progress. The technics of survey, interview and observation guide and the analysis and interpretation of the results gotten, helped to understand the problem. Taking into account the results, it was possible to design the files system, getting complete and detailed information of organization systems created in each area. This study has contributed in a great way to identify and solve found problems. It also helps to fulfill with the objectives of the institution through all directories and administrative staff´s participation, which compromise to continue with the use of the correspondence management manual to avoid future problems like files disorganization.
