Summary:This research was carried out in the Federico González Suárez Elementary school , which related the teacher management process in the methodological strategies fulfillment based on the learning standards against the needs given in the education, identifying at the current national curriculum. About the teacher management inside the classroom and new techniques, methods and strategies for the teaching-learning process. This research has been guided in the quantitative-qualitative paradigm, through the collection and processing obtained results to understand, analyze and interpret them. Those teachers and students have shortcomings about of the methodological strategies fulfillment in the EAP. The proposal of this research focuses on improving teacher management in methodological strategies inside the teaching-learning process through the training workshops socialization for teachers at institution helping to strengthen and reinforce the teaching process, for whom are the educational community and thus strengthen methodological strategies.
