Importancia del liderazgo compartido en la gestión de relación con los docentes y estudiantes de décimo año de educación básica del Colegio Técnico Intercultural Bilingüe el Chaquiñan de la parroquia Toacaso cantón Latacunga año 2015

This research was developed at the Technical College Intercultural Bilingual "The Chaquiñán" during the year 2015, whereas Seminars Workshops to promote the practice of shared leadership, helps improve interpersonal relationships by practicing proper leadership this topic is very useful for school, research has, theoretical foundation, practical utility, social relevance. Leadership training in any educational institution is essential to the success of the relevant functions that everyone has, it is emphasized that principals and teachers should play the role of leaders in order to strengthen the teaching, learning interaction leading to train students with valves and ethical principles with quality education, which is what the country needs today. To obtain information the people involved in the research was a manager that was achieved through an interview to obtain the necessary information, nineteen students and forty teachers the survey was conducted. During data processing the cast results are that teachers and students need to develop training workshops about shared leadership for not having clear understanding on the issue and lack of training programs within the school.
