Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The demand of Ecuadorian market is increasing due to the existing consumerism so the factories and companies are the same ones that are forced to expand their infrastructure to be able to supply the markets with their products, the purpose of the research is the redesign of the work areas and administration and production facilities in terms of their location, in order to increase production and use the new infrastructure area that currently the industry has, through the implementation of a study fundamental on distribution of industrial plants, in the artisanal factory of milk, cheese and yogurt, "EL PARAISO" The study proposed to carry out the objectives of the project is a non-experimental investigation, with a particularity of field study, the following techniques are applied such as observation, bibliographical research as well as the use of important tools of Industrial Engineering, flow charts, Layout, procedures manual, study of times and movements and AutoCAD design software. The results are the critical points and the absence of correct distributions in the processes, it was also identified that the plant was initially a family industry that was growing with empirical processes. The proposal that was raised is a redesign of the distribution of the factory employing operations for the productive process and Layout with an adequate location of the machinery; therefore, their jobs that results in helping a better production, hygiene, control, classification, quality and maintenance of the factory. Finally, the factory shows design and distribution defects mentioned before. Therefore, the implementation of a procedural system improves productivity efficiently, and also contributes as a basis and guide for the formation of new studies and projects that contribute to achieve the goal of the industry and become a recognized brand around the country. |
