“Factores que afectan la eficacia de la inseminación artificial en la Región Interandina revisión sistemática”

The information lack, what encompasses experimental research topics related to reproductive biotechnology, it makes future research repetitive, avoiding the genetic improvement advancement, contributing to the artificial insemination protocols poor choice, that are reflected in the pregnancy rate, so it seeks to generate profitable income for the producers our province. The current systematic review, it was carried out with the purpose by identifying the influential factors in the artificial insemination (IA) success, which range between environmental factors, animal factors and Al technique factors. For the current research, it was found and selected a 26-degree papers total from the university's repository: Salesian Technical University, Chimborazo Polytechnic School, Cotopaxi Technical University, San Francisco de Quito University, Ambato Technical University, Ecuador Central University and the Bolivar State University located in the Ecuadorian highlands from 2006 to the current year. The chosen rescaechs corresponded to characteristics, such as not being such old researchs, presenting specific data, such as race, age, body condition, geographical location, mnsl, hormones application and the heat synchronization protocols application. The got results in relation to environmental factors, they showed, what it is more favorable to work at a height no greater than 2800 meters above sea level, with a temperature that is between 12°C and 18°C, while in relation to the animal factors and the adaptability capacity together with the production, which would be got to provides the Holstein Mestiza breed, what could be pregnant at the age between 15 and 18 months, warrantying the reproductive system correct maturity, that in turn will be reflected with a adequate body condition ranging from 2.5 to 3.5, with a 90 open days maximum period. Finally, with respect to the IA technique, the operator will be the one, who takes the last word before insemination, taking into account the body condition degree whether or not it is adequate, the ovaries state, through a gynecological check-up and in this way, it makes the decision whether or not to apply a possible heat induction protocol.
