Lasit fáddágilkoriid | Čoahkkáigeassu: | The "Inoxidables Elite" enterprise is an enterprise dedicated to the stainless steel equipment development, what the main aim is to apply the Deming methodology by improving the plant production process, based on a quality control management model, which is adapted to its needs that it has been diagnosed the current situation from enterprise, by reviewing and assessing different methodological approaches, which revolve around aspects, such as customer satisfaction, process approach, continuous improvement cycle PHVA directed at the area productive. For elaboration this research was applied the 14 Deming points, the same one, what allows to verify the capacity the product or service improvement, as well as, the legal requirements to achieve quality and productivity, otherwise, it will also have the cycle (PHVA) application to plan, do, verify and act, through quality control formats, for achieving continuous improvement, by ensuring product quality, and thus, have the best customer satisfaction and improve the enterprise's competitiveness. |
