Diseño e implementación de un sistema web con soporte de hardware para el centro de noticias de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi – Extensión La Maná.

The execution of this research project was carried out as a requirement of incorporation with the collaboration of the Technical University of Cotopaxi extension La Maná, the research aims to develop a web system with hardware support for the news center of the Technical University of Cotopaxi (UTC ) La Maná extension, with the function of registering and displaying the news of the institution of its areas and careers in order to keep the student community informed about the activities that take place in the institution. In order to know the processes that are carried out in the institution to spread the news related to the academic field, interviews and surveys were applied to students, teachers and administrative staff, identifying the needs and requirements for the development of the system. Implementing the web system to a server applying hardware support making the relevant configurations. For the development of this research, the agile software development methodology Scrum and innovative technological tools were used: Java Script, PHP as languages, React as framework, and MySQL as database for information storage, UML for design. of diagrams, these tools will provide, due to their characteristics and advantages, ease in their creation. The web system with hardware support (server) will allow students, administrative staff and teachers of the Technical University of Cotopaxi La Maná extension to view news related to the educational field such as courses, seminars, events, activities, etc. Quickly and safely improving the communication of the educational community of the institution. .
