Zusammenfassung:Job satisfaction is currently a very important issue in organizations and sometimes leaders are overlooked, knowing the level of satisfaction that workers have in their work is a key element for a healthy organization that seeks success within the business world, this project focused on the study of the leadership style and job satisfaction of the workers of the selected cooperative and how the first can be related to the second, this was developed in a cooperative located in the canton Rumiñahui, in which the problem was the lack of knowledge of the level of job satisfaction of its employees and the predominant leadership style of its managers, and the relationship between them, therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the style of organizational leadership and job satisfaction of employees of the Esperanza y Progreso del Valle savings and credit cooperative in the Rumiñahui canton.
