Shrnutí:Today soils are being over saturated due to the constant use of fertilizers, chemicals, using impersonation of organic fertilizers on crops can help to preserve soils. The objectives were: to evaluate the agronomic performance of tomato vegetables kidney and pepper, know the best organic fertilizer in vegetables, the economic study of the organic production of vegetables. A complete block design applied to random (DBCA) with four treatments and five replications for each vegetable. In the pepper treatment that I emphasize most is water hyacinth who managed the highest values in the variables: 49.88 plant height cm and length of fruit 13.32 cm, weight of fruit 78.32 g. with 50% 50% Vermicompost water hyacinth, the lower number of damaged fruits 0.20 with the witness.....
