To achieve this objective, a quantitative approach was used with a descriptive methodology and a non-experimental design, which allows describing the characteristics of a population and facilitates the elaboration of questions and data. As a tool, the questionnaire prepared by the authors, previously validated by the expert engineers of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, was used, previously the questionnaires that consist of two variables were applied, the first questionnaire was directed to the partners that consists of 20 questions about organizational leadership and the second questionnaire was directed to the presidents (as) consisting of 10 questions about productivity, for the assessment a Likert scale was used with values from 1 to 5, where the value 1 represents "never" and 5 represents "always". Said questionnaire was applied virtually in a form tool to 81 partners and 8 presidents that make up the associations. Therefore, the results obtained showed that there is a lack of communication, organization, motivation, decision making, salaries and the lack of use of digital tools. To solve these deficiencies, we proceeded to create strategies that can help improve organizational leadership and its impact on the productivity of associations. |

To solve these deficiencies, we proceeded to create strategies that can help improve organizational leadership and its impact on the productivity of associations.El presente proyecto investigativo se desarrolló en las asociaciones textileras del cantón Latacunga, se pretende conocer la situación actual como se está manejando el liderazgo organizacional en las asociaciones, con el objetivo de analizar el liderazgo organizacional y su incidencia en la productividad en las asociaciones textileras del cantón Latacunga, periodo 2023. Para lograr este objetivo, se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo con una metodología descriptiva y un diseño no experimental, lo que permite describir las características de una población y facilitó la elaboración de preguntas y datos. Como herramienta se utilizó el, cuestionario elaborado por las autoras validado previamente por los Ingenieros expertos de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, previamente se procedió aplicar los cuestionarios que constan de dos variables, el primer cuestionario fue dirigido a los socios que consta de 20 preguntas sobre el liderazgo organizacional y el segundo cuestionario fue dirigido a los presidentes(as) que consta de 10 preguntas sobre la productividad, para la valoración se utilizó una escala de Likert con valores del 1 al 5,donde el valor 1 representa “ nunca” y 5 representa “siempre”. Dicho cuestionario fue aplicado de forma virtual en una herramienta de formulario a 81 socios y 8 presidentes(as) que conforman en las asociaciones. Por lo tanto, los resultados obtenidos mostraron que existe una falta de comunicación, organización, motivación, toma de decisiones, salarios y la falta de utilización de herramientas digitales.
