Summary: | To impel the technical education in the agricultural area of the downtown of Cotopaxi, that lacking among other things the direct link between theory with practice, the administrative management of the farms is paramount as this is achieved articulate different areas in the student training. In this consideration the subject matter of the investigation subject is "Evaluation of Administrative Model of Agricultural farms in the Technical Elementary school in the center of Cotopaxi area and its practical technical training of its students and proposed a model of Alternative Management" whose problem it has been raised as follows: How affects educational agricultural farms in technical Elementary school in practical technical training of students?. In the research problem statement is not a number of indicators that reveal the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of technical education, the same doesn´t engage with the real needs of the country for its development in the agricultural field, which is why it is necessary to raise the quality of education research technical. It have raised an overall goal and three specific that support them throughout the process and pretend to find a solution to the problematic diagnosed .The research has its full justification when I wish teachers of educational institution with expertise in agricultural research, have the necessary tools for the teachinglearning process, so the quality of technical education in these institutions is improved. The theoretical framework has been developed based on the research variables and descriptors of the problem, for this reason to make a summary of the strategies and techniques is done to achieve the formation of the student. Methodologically research using inductive-deductive, analytical, dialectical and exegetical methods, in their levels exploratory research is descriptive in terms of type of research for descriptive purposes is applied by the bibliographic place .The sample comprises population teachers,students of the elementary schools "Jatarishun" and "The Chaquiñán" with a sample of 118 respondents is the total population ranging from first to third Baccalaureate. The instruments used are the questionnaire for teachers, students and directivos. La interpretation and analysis results are presented in tables, graphs and interpretations, the results allow answering questions guidelines and reach the conclusions and recommendations. For the problem has its solution the respective proposal is an alternative model of management is presented |
