Propuesta de un sistema de gestión por procesos en el área de poscosecha de la florícola Sanbelflowers Cia. Ltda. ubicada en el sector Laigua de Maldonado, parroquia Alaquez, cantón Latacunga, provincia de Cotopaxi.

The project research was carried out at the SANBELFLOWER CIA florist. LTDA. with the objective of developing a process management system for the post-harvest area in its facilities, carrying out the analysis and at the same time complying with the technical-legal aspects that are applied in the company, taking into account the lack of procedures in its work. By work area, the respective analysis was carried out with several visual inspections, data collection and weighting, which subsequently allowed us to obtain the real problem. The diagnosis made to the post-harvest department shows that there is no procedure throughout the company, and the lack of knowledge of the administrative staff and workers is low on the topic discussed. Process Management is a set of sequential or parallel activities to be executed by flower companies, like all organizations, that are so efficient in their processes. Consequently, the application of a process management system with the in order to increase customer-focused performance by decreasing and/or eliminating unproductive processes and sub-processes due to the global lack of suitable applications in their products.
