Резюме:The province of Tungurahua has a great diversity to offer with a large tourist plant, which does not have adequate information regarding facilities and access for people with disabilities, this project was developed to verify that accessible tourism is part of the diversification of tourism in the province of Tungurahua, determining the existence of accessible tourism services and the level of accessibility, the research is part of a macro project on accessibility in the province. The research is part of a macro project on accessibility in the province of Tungurahua, for which a dissemination strategy was developed to disseminate accessible tourism through the use of mobile methodology D with which to design an application for Android, for this research project was executed 3 specific objectives that are divided as follows: in the first objective a literature review was conducted with which the study site was delimited to start with a diagnosis of the current state in providing a tourist service to people with disabilities using the method of direct observation, in the second objective the number of accessible hotels was determined as well as their level of accessibility through a check list to verify compliance with the Ecuadorian technical standard (NTE), The last objective was to create a mobile application for the dissemination of the offer obtained through the research process using the mobile D methodology for its design and operation.With the results obtained it was determined that the development of the application will support the tourist information of the canton
