Guía de formación para docentes de cuartos años de educación básica en el uso educativo de las tic, para el área de matemática como medio de reducción de la brecha digital en la escuela “Once De Noviembre” de la ciudad de Latacunga en el año lectivo 2010-2011

The society of the third millennium in which we live is changing rapidly of in the science and technology field. The knowledge, tools and ways to do and communicate mathematics is changing constantly, for that reason; both the learning and teaching of mathematics should focus on developing skills. In this case the teacher is the person who needs to use new tools and techniques such as educational ICTs which provide us funny and dynamic opportunities like: online games, theoretical content, these are very attractive to girls because, they get the knowledge in an entertaining way. The teacher's role is to put the technology for the student to create a context of activity that enable the reorganization of cognitive function and promotes constructive activity of the student to check and thus reinforce concepts and skills by interacting with students, to capture their attention and motivation for girls because it is easier to remember something in graphical form. Neither work in dependently is a joint effort of teachers and students to learn and practice the use of ICTs to provide tools for students to unfold in society.
