Yhteenveto:Ecuador is a country that has policies and programs based on the principles of the Toda Una Vida Plan aimed at promoting innovative ventures to enhance the dynamic development of the national economy, helping to increase sources of employment and wealth. Being an agricultural country, it is conducive to obtaining high-quality raw material of animal and vegetable origin from which finished products can be obtained with standards of excellence. The present research work aims to determine the feasibility of the creation of the company dedicated to the production and commercialization of dehydrated fruits "DISFRUT BALANCE", in La Maná, Cotopaxi province. Dehydration has been used since ancient times as a means of preserving fruits, with the time these products have positioned themselves in the national market due to their properties and benefits. For this purpose, a market study was developed where a high degree of acceptance was determined, a technical study that determined the most optimal operation (location, production process, equipment, and machinery, etc.) to optimize resources, and an economic study that the company analyzed as a business unit and its ability to generate profits from the use of resources (human, technical, technological and economic). It was concluded that the creation of the company is feasible because it has local raw materials, an identified target demand, and the necessary resources could be reimbursed in the six consecutive months after the investment; it would also be the pioneer brand in La Maná canton, which offers a competitive advantage and allows it to position itself in the Lamanence market.
