Companies must take into account several organizational, productive, financial and commercial aspects for the production of milk derivatives, so it is necessary to analyze the production innovation processes according to their typology and their culture of innovation that begins in the value chain, that is, the processes of reception of the raw material, the inputs, capacity and quality of the performance of the machinery, trained personnel, health regulations, distribution channels and marketing strategies. The type of research used was descriptive and quantitative, given that a survey was applied to the departmental heads and an interview with the managers of the companies: Avelina, La Finca, Parmalat and Tanilact, with the state of innovation could be established in these medium-scale productive units, located in Latacunga canton. The results obtained in this study allow us to conclude that these companies do innovate especially in the area of production, concentrating on the launch of new products, incorporation of new machinery, and redesign of processes, and evidencing that these actions are financed by means of indebtedness with financial institutions. It was also possible to establish that efforts are being made to innovate in the physical infrastructure through projects for the expansion of production silver, however a low level of growth and development of human talent was observed, given the lack of budget and other resources for these. themes Finally, it should be noted that the level of innovation applied in this type of organizations for the manufacture of their products is essential for staying in the current demanding and competitive market. |
