Özet:This study established the problem linked with lack of testing equipment for nondestructive testing with purposes and technical applications within the field of aeronautics. It is a factor that impedes economic development. An analysis of the environment was created in order to learn about the events that cause them; the field research was applied since it let the detection of discontinuities in ferromagnetic material at “Base Aérea Cotopaxi”. It has generated a low competitive profile in the institution. On the other hand, technical information was generated in order for the interpretation of results. The design and construction of testing equipment was required. So that the change is aimed at the execution of it in order to maximize the institutional resources, promoting dynamism through the generation of creativity and technology, then the aviation management will not only be reactive, but also proactive in line with technological changes.
