Add Tag | Summary: | The present research project was developed with the purpose of developing a theoretical description of the current reality that the teachers live when being evaluated, and analyze the importance and necessity of these evaluations that seek the continuous improvement in the education together with a good teaching performance. This is stated by the Ministry of Education in stating that the evaluation of teaching should not be seen as a monitoring act, otherwise a way to encourage and favor teacher´s improvement, helping the teachers to enhance their professional profile, choose the methodology adequately to improve their performance along with their job and economic stability. For this purpose, teachers of the Salcedo Canton were chosen as the center of study, firstly managing the appropriate District permission for the application of the surveys, which allowed them to understand in a concrete way the teachers' appreciation of the subject.... |
