Evaluación de dos cepas (Cotopaxi y Tungurahua) de Rhizobium spp a dos dosis en (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) Var. INIAP-451 (Guaranguito), CEASA- Cotopaxi. 2022

| Özet: | This research aimed to study the Rhizobium spp. bacteria from two provinces (C and T) to multiply and obtain the number of CFU of each one and use them as inoculants in the seed of Lupinus mutabilis Sweet var. INIAP 451 at two doses (1cc and 2cc) with the submersion method to check adaptability, an increase of root nodules (FBN), and the interaction of the bacteria in the initial phase of the crop, carried out at the Technical University of Cotopaxi Salache sector (CEASA), applying an utterly randomized DBCA experimental design, with 2x2+1 factorial arrangement with three replications, with ADEVA analysis of variance for the treatments and significant results the Tukey test at 5%. Where germination results obtained for the two strains were on day 11 with 81.92% and day 12 with an average of 100%. In-plant height, there was a difference between treatments and controls on day 14 with a range of 6.2. At 23 days, plant height was similar up to day 76, with ranges of 9.52 on day 23 and 25.11 on day 76. Stem diameter, there were significant differences, showing the D1 dose was firmer with a mean of 4.73 on day 51, while the D2 on the same day obtained the range of 4.29; on day 76, the diameter was regulated except for the control, which had a mean of 0.31 on day 71. The most significant number of leaves was the dose D1, with a mean of 4.47 at 23 days and 14.19 at 76 days, ranking (A). For nodules, the best result in inoculated dose was C2D1, presenting at 77 days with a mean of 2.11, ranking (A) with 26 nodules and vigorous roots for the treatment (C2D1). This crop was grown under controlled conditions at 25 to 30 °C with an RH of 21%. |
