Özet:The psychosocial risks represent an important problem in occupational safety and health, however, because it is a subjective phenomenon difficult to define and treat, it is not taken into account with enough importance. Situation leads to the neglect of workers who feel insecure or unbalanced work, generating alterations in, emotional and physiological health known as stress and that can be precursors of diseases, in addition to affecting the productivity of the company or institution. The specific study of psychosocial risks and their impact on the health of the employees of the Vice Ministry of Public Service of the Ministry of Labor determine that the main factors that emotionally alter the officials interviewed are the labor instability, the uncertainty about the continuity in workload, the high volume of work, not acknowledgment of their effort, dissatisfaction with assigned responsibilities, insufficient promotion of displeasure in the management of the institution; Elements that cause serious deficiencies in the emotional balance, causing stress, anxiety, expressed in migraines, gastrointestinal problems, muscular tremors, extreme exhaustion, that affect the decrease in their work performance. The research was characterized as a feasible project with qualitative and quantitative research; bibliographic research facilitated the construction of a sustainable theoretical framework, the field research allowed an integral approach to the concrete problems of the civil servants studied. As a feasible project, at the end of the research work, an alternative solution is proposed.
