| Περίληψη: | Based on the evidenced problems, this research project provided the design and implementation of a digital marketing strategic plan to improve the sales of "La Casa Deportiva Yostin Sport" in the canton of La Maná, Cotopaxi Province, through the application of digital marketing strategies, advertising, promotion, readjustment and implementation of the premises, etc. The development of the research was based on a research methodology aimed at significantly boosting the sales of the warehouse, for which it was decided to use the theoretical, deductive and synthetic methods; likewise, specialized research techniques were used, equipped with tools such as the survey applied to the company's customers, in order to obtain the necessary information, and specialized software was also used to validate the data collection instruments. With the application, the feasibility of the application proposal was determined to provide a solution to the problem raised during the research, all technical, methodological and commercial aspects were analyzed to achieve the objectives set out in the proposal, in addition to a correct distribution of resources for the implementation of marketing strategies, obtaining the expected results in terms of a substantial increase in sales of "Casa Deportiva Yostin Sport" in the canton of La Maná, province of Cotopaxi, placing it in a competitive position in the local market, thus solving the income deficit due to the low sales index. |
