Tóm tắt:This degree project is mainly based on analyzing the response time of the hydraulic cylinder rod in the following electrohydraulic control methods, sequential method, cascade and time-motion diagram. The use of the mentioned methods is a technology widely used in the industrial sector because they allow speeding up sequential processes. A comparison of the response time of the rod in each of the electrohydraulic control methods was developed, by programming the sequence of work in the TIA Portal software, acquiring results accurately, safely and reliably in real time, thus avoiding manual data collection since human error is involved. The results obtained allow me to determine that the time-motion diagram method has a minimum response time of 24.051 seconds compared to the other methods.
