Opis
Streszczenie:The purpose of the research is to develop an analysis of the administrative processes of the Sumak Kawsay Savings and Credit Cooperative of the City of Latacunga and define the administrative processes based on strategic management. The research has a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology and as an instrument, the questionnaire of 21 questions to the 30 collaborators and the interview of 15 questions to the General Manager were used. We applied a questionnaire and interview at the financial institution. We conducted a diagnosis of the Cooperative's current state, where we demonstrate the lack of knowledge of the institutional philosophy, which all employees should be aware of because it is the foundation for all work activities for effective departmental coordination decision-making. A SWOT analysis let us know the internal and external needs of the financial institution. As a result, all employees must get rewards for good work performance, such as monetary bonuses, paid time off, and certificates of appreciation. It is important to improve communication between departments to create a good relationship with employees, thus generating a pleasant work environment, also to measure knowledge and performance of activities the collaborators must be evaluated. Consequently, the research proposed time and resource optimization strategies and processes at the Sumak Kawsay Savings and Credit Cooperative.
