In the pedagogical Field was used as the strategies and Piaget and Vygotsky theories who helped Understanding the teaching learning process in the Child Cognitive area development at the pre-Math, using notions, Games….El presente proyecto consiste en la creación de una aplicación móvil para el desarrollo del área cognitiva en niños de 24 a 36 meses de los Centros Infantiles Del Buen Vivir (CIBV) de la parroquia Eloy Alfaro, cantón Latacunga, provincia de Cotopaxi, con el propósito de incrementar y reforzar las capacidades intelectuales de estos niños. El proyecto fue elaborado en base a una investigación en dos campos: el campo tecnológico que involucra las aplicaciones de software y el campo pedagógico, los cuales permitieron conocer el problema planteado y los requerimientos necesarios para la creación de la aplicación.
