Organización y archivo de la información pertinente de los graduados de las carreras de Lic. Secretariado ejecutivo gerencial, ing. contabilidad y auditoría, ing. comercial en la unidad académica de ciencias administrativas y humanísticas de la universidad técnica de Cotopaxi periodo 2008-2011.

This research allowed oorganizing and archiving relevant information from graduates of the careers Management Executive Secretarial work, Accounting and Auditing, and Commercial Engineering at the Academic Unit of Administrative Sciences and Humanities. This unit did not have a suitable organization of the files. For this reason it was found that the documents were deteriorated and disorganized. Knowing the need to order and file the documentation. The researchers applied research instruments such as: surveys and interviews. These instruments allowed knowing the current situation regarding to the documents organization in the academic unit. Then, the organization and the improvement of existing documents about graduated were done, in order to have the documents in an organized and classified way. This allows easing any type of procedures, and consequently having a good labor performance. The implementation of a manual of file for the administrative staff of the unit will serve as guide to locate in a fast and opportune way the needed documents. Finally, it is important to mention that this work will contribute in an efficient way to the administrative staff; and consequently to the Academic Unit of Administrative and Humanistic Sciences at Technical University of Cotopaxi.
