| Zusammenfassung: | The project is oriented to find the following problem: What evaluation strategies do Initial Education teachers apply in the teaching-learning process? to achieve the latter as an objective: Diagnose the evaluation strategies used by teachers in the teaching process learning in the Educational Unit "Victoria Vásconez Cuvi". In the development of the project, a quantitative approach is used from which the deductive, analytical, descriptive statistical and percentage calculation methods and the survey technique are used, which was applied to the eight Initial Education teachers of the aforementioned institution, arriving at the following conclusions: It is important that researchers use reliable bibliographic sources in the development of the scientific theoretical framework on evaluation strategies, from the results obtained most of the teachers of the Educational Unit "Victoria Vásconez Cuvi" know about the evaluation strategies in the teaching process, however, it was possible to demonstrate that they are not applied in an adequate way, harming the integral development of the children, on the other hand, it was possible to observe that the teachers use a traditional mechanism, the same ones that are not consistent to the Initial Education Curriculum 2014 and that is why it seeks to guarantee the quality of teaching and promote an educational environment |
