Summary:The school management has solved various needs that have arisen in establishments such as obtaining teaching resources, since they form part of the teaching process, it is clear that the absence of this process has led some educational institutions to withstand conflicts between they do not possess the required at the time of imparting knowledge, research was based on the following methods. Analysis was applied throughout the inquiry allowing to know the lack of teaching resources across the board, the synthesis method agreed know whether it has complied investigating equally hypothetical method gave an advance, as to the verified historical method if the research topic has been investigated by other researchers, the scientific method was applied in the theoretical framework through it the fundamental categories was developed. Therefore research presented various viewpoints, critical, reflective, so was the need to design a manual of operating procedures for the management of educational resources in school, "Luis Fernando Vivero" same detailing each process management in obtaining teaching resources and care for them.
