| Shrnutí: | The resolution of conflicts improves the coexistence within educational institutions, in this sense, the objective of this research was diagnosed as involved authorities, teachers and parents in educational conflicts through interviews and surveys to analyze and discuss serving as a basis for future research. For this it was necessary to resort to the bibliographical-documentary research and the application of techniques and instruments, as results was obtained accurate and important information about the subject of study. Is known that within educational institutions can generate conflicts of different nature, and these would end affecting the correct execution of activities both of students, teachers and authorities, by this reason take actions in time can make the difference between a good or wrong process of learning and good or bad processes of coexistence or socialization. The work was focused to the students of the fourth year of basic education of the educational unit “Catorce de Julio- Juan Abel Echeverría”, parents and teachers who daily interact with the school group. As a result of the project it was determined that conflict resolution allows a better institutional environment and a higher level of schooling processes, as well as the understanding of the subject has helped develop strategies for coping and resolution of conflicts that help the configuration of students with each other and with the context in which they operate every day. Also was understood that it is impossible to stop existing problems or conflicts within educational institutions, however what is really important is knowing handle them and find the right solution to help to build a scenario of respect and understanding for the different realities that coexist within the educational unit among students, parents and teachers. |
