Summary:The industrial electrical a system power quality is affected by the several linear and non-linear loads that there are within it, by causing disturbances, what affect to the machinery operation, the production and the economy. This project was performed the electrical system energy quality study from "EMBUTIDOS LA MADRILEÑA" enterprise, which presents disturbances into low voltage system coupled to 125 kVA and 500 kVA transformers secondary, respectively, what feed the enterprise different areas. Through field research was collected data onto the installed load, conductors type, conductors distance, protections, among others. Through the FLUKE 435-II network analyzer was got the power electrical parameters, voltage, power factor, total percentage and individual harmonics, both voltage and current for power quality study. Subsequently, they were analyzed the got electrical disturbances and compared with the set limits by the IEEE 519, IEEE 1159, ARCERNNR 002/20 and ARCONEL 035/19 regulations. With the got data were performed the simulation into ETAP 19.0.1 software, thus, determining the electrical problems to be corrected. Finally, it was proposed new conductors dimensioning solutions to reduce losses and voltage drop, the passive filter design for mitigating harmonics and raise the power factor, an improvement into grounding system, and was proposed a solution loads transfer from 125 kVA to 500 kVA transformer.
