| Shrnutí: | Nowadays, in some schools, there are several social risk factors that interfere with the normal development of the teaching-learning process. For this reason, it has become a real challenge for teachers to personalize teaching, applying new skills to respond to the students’ needs. That is why the purpose of this research is to improve the educational process through the main social risk factors from the interculturality perspective. Because there is little information on strategies that should be applied in the classroom to fight against discrimination and exclusion towards a particular group of students. The purpose of this research study is to develop a methodological guide based on different techniques for intercultural inclusion at “14 de Julio” School. The methodology used is part of qualitative research since it allows to obtain a more specific vision of the factors that alter the educational process, prepare and collect information as well, and based on this create the methodological guide. The technique to be used is the survey, which will allow the collection of relevant data on social risk factors from the perspective of interculturality of both teachers and students, with its instrument, the questionnaire. The results determined that teachers, along with the methodological guide get strategies to be applied in the different social groups found in each of the classrooms, promoting interculturality and reducing discrimination and exclusion by doing different activities. This research study will contribute to the improvement of social relations from the perspective of interculturality, since children will be educated with new inclusive strategies, causing a pleasant, safe and comprehensive classroom environment toward the new challenges of society. |
