| Sumari: | The following research work presents a process of description about the labor environment and work welfare in the Municipal GAD of Pujilí parish. In addition, it was determined through the research which were the main factors that affect this variable since the investigation pretended that workers can fulfill and provide good services to the society. The methodology used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Furthermore. A survey with a direct observation were used, the measurement instrument of labor climate used belongs to Litwin & Stringer and to measure the work welfare belonging to Blanch, Sahagún, Cantera & Cervantes. Those instruments allowed collecting information from the administrative staff and workers that served as the basis to determine the existence of these variables within the institution. The data was tabulated in the statistical program SPSS. The research has a population of 94 people divided in two groups, 45 from administrative staff and 49 workers. The result of this research Pearson´s coefficient of correlation r 0,422 what is considered a positive relationship, which means that the variables labor environment and work welfare are related in a direct and indirect way. The research generated, to the Municipal GAD of Pujilí, an economic impact since to encourage the administrative staff and workers will provide quality services to the users. Consequently, an improvement of social impact as good relationship among users and workers. |
