Shrnutí:The overall objective of the project was to determine how digital marketing affects the positioning of the minds of the partners to improve advertising quality and increase the recruitment of partners through digital strategies in the Savings and Loans Cooperatives in La Maná. Which arose in the problem of the lack of digital tools in them, the research allowed an analysis of internal and external factors, in order to establish strategies that allow the increase of members in the Savings and Loans Cooperative. In order to fulfill this purpose, formative research was used; bibliographical and field, among the methods used the theoretical method: logical, inductive - deductive, synthetic analytical and the empirical method: assessment by experts, also used the quantitative approach, exploratory, descriptive and corrective research. For the research was based on the population universe 69,711 partners whose information was granted by a previous interview to the SALC, the same that applying the population sampling formula was able to obtain a sample of 156 partners to which the surveys were applied. The results of the research carried out with the members of the Savings and Loans Cooperatives indicate that they are not being duly informed, since these institutions do not have online strategies to publicize the services and benefits offered. Thus, the proposal focuses directly on the development of digital marketing strategies so that students, entrepreneurs and citizens in general know more about their services and benefits, as well as the number of members increase.
