| Summary: | In “La Playita” Experimental Center of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, the agronomic behavior of queen Clitoria ternatea sneaker was evaluated, as well as its chemical and microbiological composition. The trial lasted 120 days. The maturity stages were 30 , 60,75,90 and 105 days using a randomized complete block design (DBCA), the variables evaluated were: percentage of germination, percentage of plant height, length and weight of roots, secondary roots, number of flowers and pods, secondary branches. The soil used had a pH of 5.90 with NH4 values with 29.00 ppm and phosphorus with 38.00 ppm, the percentage of germination was 95% and 90% of trapping were higher at 120 days in length of root with 61.96 cm, secondary roots with 42,80 cm, weight per plant of 14,00 g, number of nodules of 26,40, number of flowers with 16,29 and number of pods with 13,29. The highest protein level was reported at 75 days with 26.18%; in the microbiological composition the morphospecies Glomus Acaulospora gigaspora was presented, the highest bacterial presence was reported at 105 days with 7.70 x 106 CFU (6, 88), this allowed us to accept the hypothesis that the queen Clitoria ternatea shoe adapts to the soil conditions of the experimental center. |
