Summary:The present research work originated from the need to inquire about the school social climate in the teaching performance that influences the student since it is remarkable that the actions carried out by these motivate and instill in the students interest in the study and inclusion in the activities; Through the investigation, a study of the school social climate was carried out with which the activities are carried out within the Cotopaxi Specialized Educational Unit and I find out what is the incidence that they maintain in the performance of the activities of the teachers since in this educational unit It is required to have suitable personnel and a climate in which students feel comfortable and can adequately carry out their activities, complying with the rules and statutes for student care. This research allowed us to know how the relationship between personality traits and social integration (acceptance, rejection and isolation), is a determining indicator of interpersonal relationships that influence the school climate and therefore teacher performance. Through this work it can be observed that there is a certain lack of knowledge about the type of actions that can be carried out with students with special educational abilities, which for teachers is a daily challenge. Through the present work, at the end, a management manual was proposed that helped to improve teaching performance in the specialized educational community "Cotopaxi" and those who make it up; With the application of these workshops it was possible to integrate the teachers and coordinate actions to be able to develop within the educational unit, this allowed students with or without special educational abilities to integrate in a normal way and in turn provided knowledge about the actions to take in the development of classes.
