For this Plan development were compiled information through the application of the Techniques as the observation, poll and interview, where it was getting as principal problem of the company the lack of capacitation and motivation on personal disabled and to its work partners, for this reason desired propose is a solution through the planning on the activities linked to the constant capacitation of the workers, so they can demonstrate their skills and abilities in different areas of work.... |
