| Summary: | The present research aims to reflect the fundamental characteristics of the study of the training needs of the teachers of the Bilingual intercultural educational units of the rural sector of Simiatug. During the academic year 2015-2016. This proposal is intended to improve the professional practice of bilingual teachers. The objectives that guide the research are: Identify the problem in terms of training, analyze the difficulty that teachers have in their professional practice, for this, the research modality was based on the bibliographic and field method; In terms of population, an investigation will be made to the 4 managers and 66 teachers, with the application of active methods and techniques. The activity began with the application of surveys, individual questionnaires, the same that was detected in teachers, the needs in terms of techniques and teaching methods, therefore, a training is required for teachers of Bilingual intercultural educational units Of the rural sector of Simiatug, remaining as an independent variable. And to improve the professional practice and it has been proposed to carry out training with university linkage, as a dependent variable. Where the hypothesis indicates that more than 60% of informants raise the need to receive training courses related to professional teaching. The present investigative activity will benefit the actors of the education as: authorities, managers, teachers, parents of students and students. |
