The present study was developed with the theme: Feasibility study for the production of banana wine in the canton of La Maná, year 2022, its objective was to firstly identify the operational feasibility that the banana wine production process will have where the procedure in the elaboration of the product was verified. On the other hand, the technical feasibility of wine production was determined, we also applied financial evaluation techniques for the production of banana wine in the canton. According to the calculation of the break-even point in the production of banana wine by the Abolengo company in the La Maná canton, Cotopaxi province, it shows that it must sell 1800 bottles of wine per year, so that there are no profits or losses. The VAN has a positive value of $26.295,05; which indicates that the investment is feasible and the market value is positive, visualizing the viability in the execution of the project. The Internal Rate of Return is the most common indicator of financial analysis, which reflects the level of profitability of the project, which is 16%, which indicates that it is feasible to make the investment" Abolengo has a value of 1.64, that is to say 64% profit on the investment made. Abolengo's payback period is important because it is a quick and easy way to compare different investment opportunities. The shorter the payback period, the faster you will get your money back. Within the case study, the recovery period will be six years with approximately 1 month
