In order to comply with the proposed objectives, exploratory research, descriptive research was used to carry out a detailed description of the processes, using flow charts, field research to carry out the surveys and interviews with the owners of legal studies. Among the methods used are the deductive, analytical to effect the deduction of results and its subsequent analysis, the statistical method for the presentation of the results of the surveys in percentages. The research population consisted of 30 partners and 60 employees of the legal studies of the Pre-Association of Lawyers in La Maná. The result obtained through the surveys and interviews allowed us to diagnose that the processes of judicial cases have not been established, there is no defined structural organization chart and there are shortcomings in the documentation file. Given this, it was considered appropriate to design a model of administrative management by processes by analyzing the microenvironment of legal studies with their respective weightings, the description of the administrative macroprocess in subprocesses of: legislative, executive management, legal services, administrative, operational management and human resources. The process-based administrative management model included the customer focus, unit of command, unit of management, stability and duration of personnel in a position, approach to processes and strategies of discipline and order; which will guide the administrative activities in an organized way and offer a better quality of services to the users. The analysis of the impacts allowed to know that the impact generated by the development of the research was 3.38 equivalent to high because the strategies were designed according to the needs of legal studies. |

The analysis of the impacts allowed to know that the impact generated by the development of the research was 3.38 equivalent to high because the strategies were designed according to the needs of legal studies.La presente investigación sobre el diseño de un modelo gestión administrativa, para mejorar la calidad de servicios de los estudios jurídicos del cantón La Maná, el cual surgió frente a la problemática de la inexistencia de un modelo de gestión administrativa que oriente el desarrollo de las actividades de manera organizada. Con la finalidad de cumplir con los objetivos planteados se empleó la investigación exploratoria, la investigación descriptiva para efectuar una descripción detallada de los procesos, mediante flujogramas, la investigación de campo para efectuar las encuestas y entrevistas a los propietarios de los estudios jurídicos. Entre los métodos empleados están el deductivo, analítico para efectuar la deducción de resultados y su posterior análisis, el método estadístico para la presentación de los resultados de las encuestas en porcentajes. La población de la investigación estuvo conformada por 30 socios y 60 empleados de los estudios jurídicos de la Pre -Asociación de Abogadas del cantón La Maná. El resultado obtenido mediante las encuestas y entrevistas permitió diagnosticar que no se han establecido los procesos de los casos judiciales, no se cuenta con un organigrama estructural definido y existen falencias en el archivo de la documentación. Ante esto se consideró adecuado el diseño de un modelo de gestión administrativa por procesos mediante el análisis del microentorno de los estudios jurídicos con sus respectivas ponderaciones, la descripción del macroproceso administrativo en subprocesos de: gestión legislativa, ejecutiva, servicios legales, administrativa, gestión operativa y los recursos humanos. El modelo de gestión administrativa por procesos contempló el enfoque al cliente, unidad de mando, unidad de dirección, estabilidad y duración del personal en un cargo, enfoque a procesos y estrategias de disciplina y orden; los cuales permitirán orientar las actividades administrativas de forma organizada y ofrecer una mejor calidad de servicios a los usuarios.
