La educacíon física como derechos del ser humano

This research had a purpose decrease the problem that students have at "San Francisco de Asís" Educational Unit in order to practice some activities proposed in the Physical Education class, putting into consideration the rights by human beings for recreational activities, sports. It was applied the survey to teachers at "San Francisco de Asis", Educational Unit which one is benefit for students of that institution, the main objective was obtained results about the unknowledge of teachers and students about the rights that have human beings for the practice of Physical Education, also it helps teachers and students have a better working environment, this is very important in the educational process, and with this way it can motivate students to do sports. All these contributions will stimulate children in the physical education area, and students are interested in doing physical activity as a way stressing and distraction in their daily activities. And in conclusion it could note that the rights of human beings in physical education is to improve the teaching in children and know the different rights in physical education practice, and according to surveys teachers at "San Francisco de Asis" Educational Unit there is a 80% of unknowledge about this subject. That is why educators should be clear what it means to teach and learn, because these terms have a direct and essential link, both in theory and in practice therefore, it is considered indispensable basic conceptions of teaching
