| Özet: | This thesis of masters, tries to improve the thermal efficiency and combustion performance of the fire-tube boiler YB701C of the Refinería Shushufindi as a part of (EP) PETROECUADOR Public Company. For it, fundamental basics, theories, the regulations and the general systems of steam generation processes are systematized. Therefore, it was detailed the methology to be followed for the determination of the thermal efficiency and combustion performance of the firetube boiler. Later it discussed the efficiency of the appliances in the inicial conditions, which refers to the situation of the boiler before it started the optimization. Afterwards, it was carried out the analysis and control of the operational parameters of two types of fuel gases with different characteristics, involved in the combustion, which managed to improve the thermal efficiency of boiler by combustion optimization, based on ideal parameters; the oxidizer studied that was performed, was the natural gas, since it represents low our costs of the operations. Later, through the program ANSYS was determined the combustion status of the steam in home generators. Finally, it established two types of fuel gases, with the fuel gas type 1 it was able to increase the performance of the boiler and the combustion in 8,42 % and 4,2% respectively; and the second fuel gas type 2 reached to increase the performance of the boiler and the combustion in 6,96 % and 4,5 % accordingly. The implementation of an on line gas analyzer which would control the operation parameters and with these limit values of emissions into the atmosphere, where the recovery period of inversion of 4 years would considered. |
