الملخص:Toxoplasma gondii is the cause of the parasitic pathology called Toxoplasmosis, which may occur in different species of mammals, including humans, through various forms of transmission. It is the cause of various physiological conditions around the organism in the individual. This research was carried out to analyze the clinical signs and laboratory findings associated with the primary clinical condition, which is hydrocephalus caused by Toxoplasma g. in a specimen of wild feline Leopardus Tigrinus, as well as the morphological and histopathological changes that the same post-infection presents, for which a wide range of laboratory tests was used, such as the chemiluminescence test that detected the presence of the IgM Antigen in the organism of the animal thus marking an infection time of approximately 7 to 10 days, it was considered as Gold stand test since it gave us the initial diagnosis. The animal's living conditions were severe, so euthanasia was considered, after which the necropsy was carried out; therefore, they were sent to be evaluated by microscopic and macroscopic histopathology of the specimen's brain. Finally, the research is associated with the statistical analysis of the transmission dynamics of this protozoan, which is considered zoonotic towards the population at risk close to the species using the R statistical software, taking into account various epidemiological parameters such as infection rate, incubation period, contagion time, hospitalization and mortality.
