| Gaia: | The present research project is framed in the area of Mathematics, specifically in the implementation of didactic material for educational practice, so that the students of the third year of basic education of the Rafael Vásconez Gómez Unit achieve meaningful learning through exploration and the discovery of environmental phenomena. The information obtained through the application of various data collection techniques allowed to determine the lack of didactic resources in the educational establishment, a situation that has led to a lack of interest in students' learning of this subject and academic monotony by the teachers. For this reason, it was necessary to train teachers and students using modern methods and the most common as a deductive, inductive, analytical method and method of problem solving. The application and use of the didactic material in the classroom was achieved, capturing the attention and interest of the children, providing significant knowledge in the area of study. In addition, this material was an innovation to the general didactic causing a social and technical impact that is a contribution for the educational community. Therefore, it was concluded that the teaching material aims to motivate the student to work, research, discover and build knowledge, acquiring a practical and dynamic aspect providing opportunities to enrich cognitive experiences, leading them to interact with of its environment. |
