要約:The objective of the research is to analyze the impact of transformational leadership on the work environment of the members of the Association of Agricultural Producers and Marketers of Quinticusig “El Ultimo Inca”, Sigchos canton, province of Cotopaxi. The research has a quantitative approach with a descriptive level that allowed describing fundamental characteristics for the research, which is oriented to analyze the relationship that exists between transformational leadership and the work environment, for which a data collection was carried out by means of the instrument (survey). The instrument used is the MLQ survey (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) by Bass and Avolio (1990) which aims to demonstrate the benefits of transformational leadership within organizations, accompanied by the Likert scale measurement that was adapted to the object of study, considering that when analyzing the dimensions of transformational leadership which are intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, motivation and idealized influence or charisma, play a crucial role that marks in the business environment these factors. A positive work environment characterized by satisfaction, teamwork and communication is fundamental for the performance and productivity of the company. The benefits to be obtained from the strategic plan of transformational leadership are: improve relations between managers and colleagues, have an assertive and clear communication, contribute to the formation of business leaders, stimulate positive activities, strengthen the personal, professional and institutional life project that is reflected in a good working environment.
